Land resumed for an educational purpose must be used consistently with that purpose

The plot was sought for future development of IIT Patna. The Court recognised the importance of the educational institution. It directed that the plot not be put to commercial use. The land was to be used strictly for educational purposes. Activities incidental to education were also permitted. The direction limited the use of the plot following the dispute.
