Finality of statutory regularization and avoidance of conflicting judgments
Legislative validation measures and subsequent administrative determinations confirming that commercial plots fall outside original residential license boundaries bring legal finality to long-standing land disputes. When statutory amendments and detailed administrative findings conclusively establish that separate land parcels govern residential and commercial components of an integrated township, contrary judicial findings cannot be sustained. Setting aside unsustainable high court judgments restores legal order and prevents unnecessary prejudice against ongoing trials and pending statutory remedies. Comprehensive final adjudication requires appellate courts to correct foundational errors and clear the path for proper statutory processing before appropriate forums. (Raj Singh Gehlot & Ors. v.
